Source text · highlightedDuring the week of June 28, 1982, Naomi Kidder was reported as a missing person from the area of Rawlins, Wyoming. It was believed at the time of the missing person report that Kidder was hitchhiking home from Rawlins, Wyoming to Buffalo, Wyoming. All efforts to locate Kidder failed. On September 10, 1982, unidentified human remains were located in Natrona County, Wyoming. An autopsy that was later conducted and determined the remains were female. On March 14, 1994, dental records obtained by Buffalo Police Department were used to positively identify the unidentified remains as those of Naomi Kidder.
