Ms. Miller was known to routinely hitchhike and had been missing from her father’s home in Glen Burnie since November 14, 1978. Ms. Miller was last seen alive at Hilton and Caton Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland. Ms. Miller’s cause of death was trauma to the body with the manner being homicide.
