Upon arrival responding deputies located the victim, Charles Pugh, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Mr. Pugh was treated at the scene and transported to an area hospital where he later died of his injuries. Detectives from the Harford County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.
