Upon arrival, responding deputies located the victim, Marilyn Scott, deceased, inside of her vehicle. Detectives from the Harford County Sheriff’s Office responded to the location and assumed the investigation. Detectives are still investigating this incident and ask anyone with information to contact the Harford County Sheriff’s Office, Criminal Investigation Division, at (410) 836-5442.
