Source text · highlightedOn Friday, July 26, 2013, at approximately 6:18 AM, DC Fire & EMS received a call for “an odor of smoke” coming from the 1000 block of Euclid Street, NW. Upon arriving on the scene, Fire & EMS personnel forced entry into the apartment and pulled Randolph Scott Harris, Jr. from the unit. He was severely burned and suffered from apparent multiple gunshot wounds. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
