Source text · highlightedOn November 10, 1985, at 1538 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 1400 Block of Main Avenue at the Automatic Transmission Exchange where the deceased body of David Tyler was located in the back of a utility trailer. Tyler's hands were bound behind his back and he had been beaten to death.
