Source text · highlightedOn October 27, 2005, Anthony Muse was walking eastbound on 120th Avenue at I-25. An altercation ensued between Mr. Muse and two occupants of a white SUV which had exited northbound I-25 to eastbound 120th Avenue.
A physical confrontation occurred and Mr. Muse was shot by one of the occupants of the vehicle. The suspects then entered the white SUV and fled eastbound on 120th Avenue.
