Source text · highlightedOn the late evening of November 5, 2008, Denver police officers responded to the area of East 7th Avenue and Elm Street on a report of a shooting and two men down.
Upon arrival, the officers located two victims. Irvin Herrera-Gonzales was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim, Agustin Puente-Yanez was taken to Denver Health Medical Center but unfortunately died the following day as a result of the gunshot wounds he sustained.
