Source text · highlightedA human skull was discovered alongside a gravel road on Oct. 8, 1994, near Interstate 94 in Wright County; the remaining nude body was found ten feet away in a grassy ditch, bound with rope and strapping tape. The victim was identified as Victoria Morris, 25, of St. Paul. Morris gave birth to a child in early June 1994, then admitted herself and her baby into a Minneapolis residential drug treatment program. Morris left the program shortly afterwards and was last heard from around the end of June 1994. She was reported missing on July 11, 1994. Morris was a drug user and prostitute at the time of her disappearance.
