Source text · highlightedOn Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at approximately 4:44 p.m., Anne Arundel County Northern District officers responded to the 5100 block of Patrick Henry Drive, Brooklyn, Maryland for a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival officers located a silver vehicle on fire that had crashed through a fence and had come to rest against a garage. Officers were able to quickly extinguish the flames and observed an unresponsive adult male driver and adult female passenger. Evidence at the scene indicated the occupants of the vehicle had been shot. Fire department personnel arrived on scene and declared both occupants deceased. On Thursday, October 5, 2017, the OCME completed the autopsies on both victims and determined the cause of death as multiple gunshot wounds with the manner being homicide. The adult male was identified as Darrell Antonio Blowe, a thirty-four year old male from the 700 block of Peach Orchard Lane, Dundalk, Maryland. The female victim was identified as Kesa Kibibi Baker, a forty-four year old female from the 500 block of Baltic Avenue, Baltimore Maryland.
